Touch is my love language.  I love receiving it and giving it.  It is something that we have felt early on as children, the soothing touch and embrace of our caregivers that leaves us feeling warm and at home.  As adults in this modern world we can be disconnected from this experience of feeling held.  We get caught up being busy and not allow ourselves to surrender and relax.

I have always had this little voice nudging me into energy work and massage.  For much of my life I would dismiss it saying things to myself like:

"Engineers don't do energy work and massage"

"I have to have it figured out before I start"

"I don't know what to do... I can't do it"

"People will think I'm weird"

"I'm scared"

I was caught up in the rat race, chasing business goals, when life sent some major setbacks and learning opportunities in my direction.  I went through a dark period of depression and grieving.  I am grateful for the many years of personal development and mens work I have done as I was able to meditate on my priorities and get reconnected to what truly lights me up.  This was the perfect time to take action on that little nudge and create something with energy work and massage.

It's a funny thing when you get out of your own way and let the universe show you what to do next.  At a holistic fair I met the owners of the Foot and Soul Temple and learned that they offer Indian Head Massage training and certification.  I knew this was the next step for me.  So in 2022 I became certified in Indian Head Massage and setup a home based studio for offerings to friends and family.

It felt SO natural for me, like I've done it for many lifetimes.  Word of mouth travelled quickly and I was soon getting referrals and building a community.  I connected with amazingly talented sound healers, creating an offering of relaxation massage with a private sound bath.  In spring 2023 I was invited to a private training to learn an ancient Zapoteca massage technique that releases blocked energy in our abdomen.  I have refined my offerings to be a deep inward journey of meditation and massage while providing you the space to reconnect with your inner Self. 

 

It really brings me so much joy to provide these relaxation and blissful experiences for people.
