Our Story
Feeling held is something that we have all felt early on as children, the soothing touch and embrace of our caregivers that leaves us feeling warm and at home. As adults in this modern world we can be disconnected from this experience of feeling held. We can get caught up being busy and not allow ourselves to surrender, relax, and connect inward with ourself.

We have been practicing holistic massage, meditation, and energy work for most of our life.​​ We enjoy continuing to refine our offerings to be a deep inward journey of meditation and massage while providing the space to reconnect with your inner Self.
